I want my future students to know me understand that failure is completely okay. Embracing your mistakes is essential for learning and growing as an individual.
This ensures that the child is healthy (mentally, physically and emotionally), safe, engaged, supported and challenged.
Documentation and photographs display the child’s learning and development in a professional manner. It also allows a connection between the educator and parents to help the individual child and work as a team.
